We’re on a mission to redefine how organizations protect, monitor, and optimize their operations — and we’re looking for a Technical Solutions Architect who’s ready to make an impact.As a key member of our technical team, you’ll bridge the gap between sales, engineering, and customers — designing and deploying intelligent surveillance solutions that make cities, businesses, and infrastructures smarter and safer.What You’ll DoDesign and implement Proof of Concept (PoC) and production systems tailored to clients.Support sales and pre-sales teams with technical scoping and solution design.Install, configure, and maintain the company’s AI-driven video analytics platform.Act as the technical point of contact for customers.Troubleshoot and optimise systems to ensure reliability and performance.Collaborate with product and development teams to enhance features and integrations.Share best practices and mentor team members to build technical excellence.What You BringProven experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or architecture, ideally in tech or surveillance industries.Strong knowledge of networking, server setup, and system configuration; familiarity with VMS platforms is a plus.Hands-on problem solver with great communication and client-facing skills.Experience with SQL or databases is beneficial but not essential.Organised, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.Degree in a relevant field and/or technical certifications preferred.Why JoinYou’ll work with cutting-edge AI surveillance technology, collaborate across continents, and help shape the future of intelligent video solutions — all from Dubai, one of the world’s fastest-growing tech hubs.
