You will bring hands-on experience to these platforms and work with our engineers to help foster a culture of excellence in operations, engineering, and delivery. You will lean on your engineering leadership experience to continue team development and collaboration.We are considering applicants for the locations of San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Dallas.About You You have 10+ years of applicable engineering/development experienceYou have 5+ years of leadership experience in a software engineering capacityYou have a high-level understanding of Android development technologies, frameworks and languagesYou have demonstrated leadership in establishing code quality, software testing, and product reliability in Android development teamsYou are familiar with modern Android development tools and practicesYou have built and managed global and cohesive teams while recognizing and nurturing talentYou create an environment where engineers feel motivated and supportedYou have demonstrated experience with:Aligning Android development strategies with business goalsCreating development roadmapsImplementing and overseeing testing processes, test automation, continuous integration and deliveryYou have the following technology skills:Languages: Kotlin, JavaFrameworks & Libraries: Experience with frameworks like Jetpack librariesAbout The TeamThe Android development teams support millions of users across our mobile applications, tablet, automotive, and living room devices.
