About My ClientA trailblazing force in the IT performance management sector, pioneering solutions that empower thousands of enterprises to optimize their digital services and accelerate innovation.Responsibilities:Act as the lead technical advisor, designing and delivering innovative ITOM/ITSM solutions that solve complex customer challenges.Engage directly with C-level stakeholders, translating their business needs into powerful, practical, and impactful technical architectures.Drive the entire solution lifecycle, from competitive analysis and product selection to testing, bidding, and configuration strategies.Collaborate with product and delivery teams to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring seamless execution and revenue realization.Champion the creation and use of reusable architecture assets to boost efficiency and consistency across all projects.Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with deep expertise in ITSM and/or ITOM enterprise solutions.Proven success designing and consulting on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), APIs, and modern integration methodologies.Strong business acumen and experience demonstrating the value of IT solutions, especially within the FSI (Financial Services) or Public Sector.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical C-level audiences.This is a key strategic role where you will directly influence customer success and product innovation for a market leader.
