No black box.
Here are the weights.
Every CV is graded on the same eight sections, weighted the way a hiring team actually reads them. Experience carries the most because it always does.
Experience
25% of scoreAre your bullets built on action verbs and outcomes, or a list of duties? We look for metrics, scope, and evidence you shipped something.
Summary
15% of scoreThe first six lines decide whether the rest gets read. We check for a specific, role-anchored opener instead of generic filler.
Skills
15% of scoreDepth and relevance, not a wall of logos. Listing everything you've touched reads as noise to a reviewer.
Keywords
10% of scoreThe terms recruiters and filters search for. Missing them keeps you out of results before a human ever sees you.
Contact
10% of scoreName, email, location, and the links worth clicking. Sounds trivial — it's the most common reason a CV goes nowhere.
Education
10% of scorePresent, dated, and legible. Weighted lower than experience, but its absence is noticed.
Achievements
10% of scoreAwards, certifications, open source, side projects — the proof that isn't a job title.
Formatting
5% of scoreLength, density, and structure. A CV that's hard to skim gets skimmed anyway, just worse.

JobMe is a reverse job board. Your CV becomes a profile employers search — you don't chase listings, they come to you.
- 01
Employers search, you sit still
Your CV is indexed by skills, role, and experience. Hiring teams search that index for people who match a live role.
- 02
A ping lands in your inbox
When a company wants you for a specific role, you get a ping — no cold email, no recruiter spray. Just a direct signal of interest.
- 03
You decide, one tap
Interested? One tap and they're notified. Not interested? Nothing happens, and they never learn who you are.
Your contact details stay yours
Employers can find your profile and ping you, but they never see your email or phone number until you say you're interested. You can delete your profile and everything in it at any time.
Before you upload
The questions everyone asks first.
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no card, no trial that quietly starts billing. We ask for your email because that's where the full report goes — and because a profile employers can reach is the product we're hoping you'll want next.
What happens to my CV?
It's stored as a profile in our candidate index so employers hiring for matching roles can find you. Your contact details are never shown to them until you respond to a ping. You can delete the profile and its data at any time.
Do I have to create an account?
Not to get your score. You'll only need an account if an employer pings you and you want to respond — that's the point at which they get your contact details, and not a moment before.
What if I already have a JobMe account?
We'll score the CV and email you the report, but we won't touch your existing profile — an anonymous upload should never be able to overwrite a real account. Sign in to update your CV properly.
Which file types work?
PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, and HTML, up to 10MB. PDF exported from your CV builder is the most reliable — scanned images of a printed CV are not.
How accurate is the score?
It's a structural review, not a verdict on you. We measure the things a reviewer notices in the first thirty seconds: whether your bullets show outcomes, whether your summary says something specific, whether the keywords a search would use are present. It won't judge whether you're right for a particular job — the employers searching do that part.
